Service Description

Utilizing Joseph Pilates Reformer Apparatus these workouts will challenge your strength, core, balance, flexibility, mobility and lengthen your muscles. These classes will incorporate classic Pilates as well as innovative movements to keep every session fresh. If you have never tried a Pilates Reformer class, promise you will be hooked. If you are new to Pilates, introductory classes are required to integrate into a group class.

Cancellation Policy

What do you do if you become sick, a conflict arises and you can't make it to class? We kindly ask that you give 12 hour notice to allow someone who may be waiting to take your spot. If you do not cancel your session within the window you will forfeit the class from your package. If cancellations become too frequent, and you cancel more than 3 times during the month outside of the 12 hour cancellation window, a penally fee will occur. These policies are put in place to ensure especially since class sizes are so small that everyone has an opportunity to train. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
