The Pilates Reformer is one of the most effective pieces of equipment available to help clients develop strength, core awareness, increase flexibility, challenge balance, and work your body in a way that will make you want to keep coming back for more. The Reformer is an apparatus created by Joseph Pilates that uses spring resistance training, hand straps, foot straps, and body resistance on a movable carriage. The possibilities are endless and we love exploring every way the Reformer can challenge you.
**Class times are typically held during early morning hours and after 5pm due to personal training appointments that are scheduled during the day.
