I am beyond excited to announce Meraki Active's very first Wellness Retreat in beautiful Playa Guiones, Nosara!  Our boutique retreat space Norte Nosara is located in one of only 5 Blue Zones in the world. Regions that are proven to have a higher than average number of people live longer, healthier and happier lives. Located along the stunning coastline of the Nicoya, Peninsula, it is not hard to see why health and happiness abounds here. Over 7 kilometres of sugar-white sand, a conscious community of movement and nature lovers and consistent waves all year round, this small town is a little piece of paradise in Guanacaste.

And yes, the background of this text is the actual beach!
