Service Description

Children will be guided through an opening flow to warm their body before learning 2-3 new poses in more depth using games to reinforce a safe practice. A breathing practice will follow to build a stronger self regulation skill set. A weekly mindful book and activity will be chosen to help children connect with their practice. The main flow will put the new poses to work before bringing the children to the floor for a closing meditation. Children should come dressed to move freely and have a personal water bottle

Cancellation Policy

What do you do if you become sick, a conflict arises and you can't make it to class? We kindly ask that you give 12 hour notice to allow someone who may be waiting to take your spot. If you do not cancel your session within the window you will forfeit the class from your package. If cancellations become too frequent, and you cancel more than 3 times during the month outside of the 12 hour cancellation window, a penally fee will occur. These policies are put in place to ensure especially since class sizes are so small that everyone has an opportunity to train. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
