Service Description

Join Courtney + Katie for a fun afternoon of health and wellness! We will be hosting a soup swap (bring your favorite healthy soup to share), join us for a workout in the garden amongst the beautiful flowers, learn about cooking with herbs, enjoy a boutique of fresh herbs to take home, and discuss the best way to stay active and healthy this fall. Non-Meraki Members $30 ****Meraki Members can use your membership/package for the class if they choose and only pay $15. Use code: MEMBER when checking out!!! *****There is also an option to pick your own boutique of flowers for $35 at the flower farm. Who doesn't love bringing home a boutique of fresh flowers?!!

Cancellation Policy

What do you do if you become sick, a conflict arises and you can't make it to class? We kindly ask that you give 12 hour notice to allow someone who may be waiting to take your spot. If you do not cancel your session within the window you will forfeit the class from your package. If cancellations become too frequent, and you cancel more than 3 times during the month outside of the 12 hour cancellation window, a penally fee will occur. These policies are put in place to ensure especially since class sizes are so small that everyone has an opportunity to train. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
