Dance Pilates

Service Description

Ask and you shall receive! We are so excited to start this new combo class fusing mat Pilates with iconic dances and the best dance movie montages. Each month we will select 2 Fridays to shake away the stress of the week. We will learn some of our favorite dances from movies, and music videos; i.e. Footloose, Grease, Beyonce, Brittany Spears, N'Sync, etc. These Friday night dance classes will begin with a Pilates warm up, core work and move into choreography for the dance taught by our talented Natalie. Will we film our own version of these music videos and montages? You know it!!

Cancellation Policy

What do you do if you become sick, a conflict arises and you can't make it to class? We kindly ask that you give 12 hour notice to allow someone who may be waiting to take your spot. If you do not cancel your session within the window you will forfeit the class from your package. If cancellations become too frequent, and you cancel more than 3 times during the month outside of the 12 hour cancellation window, a penally fee will occur. These policies are put in place to ensure especially since class sizes are so small that everyone has an opportunity to train. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
