Service Description

This full-body will build muscular strength, challenge endurance while concentrating on agility and flexibility. Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.

Cancellation Policy

What do you do if you become sick, a conflict arises and you can't make it to class? We kindly ask that you give 12 hour notice to allow someone who may be waiting to take your spot. If you do not cancel your session within the window you will forfeit the class from your package. If cancellations become too frequent, and you cancel more than 3 times during the month outside of the 12 hour cancellation window, a penally fee will occur. These policies are put in place to ensure especially since class sizes are so small that everyone has an opportunity to train. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
