All fitness levels are welcome to attend every class. We are taking advantage of the outdoor space next to the studio for our 9:30am group classes. We will continue to keep these classes outside even during the colder months for those who are interested in outdoor sessions.
There are so many benefits to outdoor training even in the colder months!
We are a boutique fitness studio, with small class sizes and due to COVID our class sizes have been decreased even more. We are limiting our in studio participants to 4 per class for strength and HIIT and 5 for Pilates mat class. Everyone's health during this time is extremely important to us. We will continue to ask you to bring your own mats and weights to class until this pandemic is under control and its safe to share. The studio will be disinfected after class. In common areas its required to wear a mask until you get to your workout space. We want to continue to help you maintain your health during this time and are doing everything possible to accommodate everyone as and integrate classes and options the best way possible. We will get through this!!! The best way we can combat this crisis is to maintain good health and we are here to help every step of the way!
If you still don't feel comfortable in a group setting, please feel free to reach out and we will tell you all about our virtual options. Exercise boosts our immune system and the best thing we can do during this time is keep our bodies moving and healthy.

FIRST CLASS FREE!
Your first class is always FREE, and we encourage everyone to make an appointment for a FREE assessment so we can strategize what the best plan is for you, and assessments for goals, and measurements. It helps us as trainers to know who is in our class and what goals or modifications are needed to offer the best training possible. Assessments are recommended but not required.
