At Meraki Active we offer a variety of training options; personal one-on-one, semi-private and small group classes. Wether you need a more individualized plan, workout better with a buddy, or are motivated in a group environment, we got you covered!
All our programs incorporate our essential 5 pillars of fitness; Strength, Endurance (Muscular and Cardiovascular), Core, Flexibility, and Balance.

Check out our CLASS SCHEDULE All fitness levels are welcome to attend every class. We are a boutique fitness studio, with small class sizes. Our class sizes max out between 6-10 (depending on the class) participants. This is a tremendous benefit our clients because due to smaller numbers we are able to truly focus on each and every client, their goals, and ensure that they are receiving quality instruction and not getting lost in the mix of a large class. We know how valuable everyone's time is so we want to offer the best possible experience for our clients so they can achieve all their health and fitness goals. FIRST CLASS FREE!
Your first class is always FREE, and we encourage everyone to make an appointment for a FREE assessment so we can strategize what the best plan is for you, and assessments for goals, and measurements. It helps us as trainers to know who is in our class and what goals or modifications are needed to offer the best training possible. Assessments are recommended but not required.

Program for Girls
Project U is a comprehensive workshop created for young girls that focuses on taking care of their body from the inside out. Experts in the field of exercise, nutrition, mental health, and self-defense, are a part of our Project U team. Our goal is to educate and provide the proper tools to promotes health, self-confidence, empowerment, and self-care. We are extremely excited to launch this program and if you have any questions or would like further information please contact Courtney Micatrotto via email firstname.lastname@example.org . This first workshop is for high school age girls (14 - 18 years old).
Workshops will be held at Meraki Active Studio (33 North Chillicothe Road), on January 11th and 18th from 10am-1:30pm. Our sessions will consist of our certified experts in each of the fields listed above to provide discussions, demonstrations, and participate in exercise classes.
