Once an item is purchased, there will be no refunds.  However store credits and exchanges can be issued within 14 days of purchase with receipt if the items are in original condition, and unworn.  

If you purchased online, item(s) must be sent back within 14 days.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return items.  

We are always here to help with sizing information.  Products descriptions can be found online.  You are always welcome to try on at the studio.
