Service Description

A fun full body workout that builds spinal health, core, and upper body strength using a suspension sling and handles in a full practice. The YogaBody Yoga Trapeze system is designed to be accessible for most bodies and provide support to your practice by allowing the body to gently stretch, freeing joints from the constraints of gravity. The static sling is supportive and allows for safe inversion in addition to modified yoga poses. If you are concerned this class may not be suitable we recommend you ask your physician.

Cancellation Policy

What do you do if you become sick, a conflict arises and you can't make it to class? We kindly ask that you give 12 hour notice to allow someone who may be waiting to take your spot. If you do not cancel your session within the window you will forfeit the class from your package. If cancellations become too frequent, and you cancel more than 3 times during the month outside of the 12 hour cancellation window, a penally fee will occur. These policies are put in place to ensure especially since class sizes are so small that everyone has an opportunity to train. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
