My goal is to keep everyone moving both at the studio and at home to stay healthy and motivated during the holidays! I am going to post one daily exercise to do at home (in addition to your studio workouts of course!!) But I promise to keep it simple and not get too crazy! These challenges are meant to keep us moving throughout the day. If you come to class in the morning then do the challenge in the afternoon or evening. They will be quick and dare I say fun (well I think all exercises are fun 🤣)?!! Since the sun goes down so early let's keep our bodies moving even when we get home. We will work on keeping our energy levels high!! Remember exercise boosts your levels of serotonin, and endorphins!!! Lets move more so we can smile more, exercise helps you sleep better, manage your mood and improves your ability for self control. All wonderful things!!!
